These Terms may change from time to time, so please read these terms carefully before purchasing a product in the online store. The terms and conditions have been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The online store is built on the basis of the following laws and regulations:

SIA DAJANNA is not responsible for any non-fulfillment or extension of the deadline for any of our obligations if this was caused by events beyond our control.

Price and payment

All prices indicated in our online store are for one product unit and include all promotions, special offers and VAT 21%, but do not include delivery service costs. When you have chosen the type of delivery service from the available options, the delivery service fee will be added to the total amount of the order.

Prices may change at any time, but the changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with us. The order cannot be processed until it is paid in full.

Risk and Ownership

With regard to purchased goods, responsibility passes to you at the time of delivery of the goods and after that time we do not accept any responsibility for damage, loss or destruction of the goods, except in cases where the goods have already been delivered in a damaged form or have been erroneously or incorrectly delivered. In this case, please contact us immediately via e-mail info@dajana.lv, describing the product damage and attaching a picture of the product. If the product has been delivered by courier, please check the package in the presence of the courier. If it is damaged, you have the right not to accept the order.
