SIA DAJANNA provides the fastest possible delivery in Riga.

Delivery methods

The customer can choose the following delivery methods:

Latvia:

• Delivery to Omniva parcel machine: €3.99 (excl. VAT)
• Delivery by Omniva courier: €9.99 (excl. VAT)

In Lithuania:

• Delivery to Omniva parcel machine: €6.99 (excl. VAT)
• Delivery by Omniva courier: €12.99 (excl. VAT)

Estonia:

• Delivery to Omniva parcel machine: €6.99 (excl. VAT)
• Delivery by Omniva courier: €12.99 (excl. VAT)

Returns

All goods sold by Dajanna Ltd, including nail gels, nail polishes, UV gels and other similar products, are non-returnable after purchase. Due to the nature of these products, their characteristics and hygiene requirements, and to ensure product quality and safety, no returns will be accepted, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.

Exceptions

The only exception is where the goods are obviously damaged at the time of delivery. In this case, the customer must inform us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
